I found this cute little card made with Pool Party DP. I think this stamp set is very versatile. Wedding , Sympathy, Birthday. Wild Wasabi & Poppy Parade markers are used to color the flowers then stamped.

My Grandma is going to have her 90th birthday this month. I wanted to make her a special card. I was creating this to make in my class & kinda steped it up a bit. I think my group would like to make this. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. It really wasn't that difficult to make. I used the Lattice Die, Butterfly Die, Embossing folder, punch, and Fresh Vintage set from SU! The branch is from Martha Stewart.

Hi Ladies!

I do have some new product I've been playing with. It's the "Fresh Vintage" set of 5. SAB (Sale-A-Bration) I used it to create some texture on these butterflies. I simply embossed clear powder on Versa Mark. I will be using this set as my class for 2012.

I only embossed the 2, the top right is plain textured card stock.

Here are some pics form the Charity Event Nicole performed at. "Feel the Beat por tu' Corazon'" was a benefit for the American Heart Association. They performed 3 songs with the lead of Patricia Mathews. There was alot of people! The first pic was her with her some of her team members. (Nicole has the purple Shimmy in the front) The second pic is me & Nicole with our friends from Curves. We take instruction from Patricia Wed & Fri nights. (Curves is having a special offer for free membership find your local gym for all the details) Bailey (next to Nicole) is on the Zumbatomic Team with Nicole. The last pic is a great shot from the back of the room. ALL these people are on the floor following along with the Zumbatomic Team. Nicole is the smaller girl at the end.
The Team was AMAZING! The room was full of energy! Everyone who performed deserves applause!

Can you believe I am actually back on line!!!! For those of you who don't know, my ccomputer crashed!!!!! Not once but, twice. I found an excellent computer GEEK! to fix it. He fixed it soooo well that you never even new I had SEVEN YEARS of stuff saved on it. Yes He cleaned it a little too well. :(. But now I am starting fresh!!! THE SENTIMENT IS FROM "WITH ALL MY HEART" AND THE BRAD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOWER IS THE MINI STAMP FROM "I (HEART) HEARTS...." AND "VINTAGE VOGUE" IS USED ON THE OVAL FOR MY LAYERING. I WASN'T SURE IF I WOULD USE IT BUT I REALLY LIKE THE LOOK. SIZZIX FOR THE "SWIRLS", "SWISS DOT " BACKGROUND, AND "DAISYS #2". NOT A LOT OF STAMPING NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT.

Well here is my post I promised. These are the cards we made yesterday in class for those of you who couldn"t come. :{ We used the the "Movers & Shapers" Sizzix with the accessories. You know I really enjoyed making this project! It was the first time I've used this Die, but I believe it was a very Good investment!!!!!

We used the "Love Bandit" set from the Mini. The ladies enjoyed these little guys!

I'm sorry I've let a whole week go by without a post!!!! I've been working on my Craft Room. I have totally down sized!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have SU! stamps for sale and a few Cricut Carts, a little Sizzix!!!!! I'll try to get a list out in the next couple of days.....! Wow it's Incredible how much STUFF I had in such a small place. I am not doing it again, being non-functional that is. This will make me more productive! A clean organized room is Inspirational!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yipee!!! Nicole and I got a chance to play!!! I love the cards we made!!! Nicole used the"Scallop Hearts of Hearts" w/a Butterfly from the "Beautiful Wings" Embosslit Dies. They are both found in the "Occasions Mini". I used the larger Butterflies to embellish my cards. These are HB to miss Mayla who turned "4"! Hopefull I will get a chance to play again! My class is Thurs. I will post the project. This guy was pretty simple to make I used the Wide oval ,Tab punch, Word Window, 5 Petal Flower, Spring Bouquet, and the Sizzix Leaves (set of 4). I want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!! It's a Day to count your Blessings. I remember when Nicole was born, I had to leave her at thew hospital....it broke my HEART!!!!! She wasn't able to keep up her body temp. being that she was so little. I would call every morning as soon as I woke-up to see how she was, get dressed and go to the hospital. Thanksgiving Day I called and the nurse gave me WONDERFUL news. She was on her own in a little crib. She had been moved from the machine and all the wires. I thank the Lord that she is Healthy & Happy. The Lord has a place for her here and I feel very Blessed that it is with me.

Oh, I can't tell you how much FUN we had at "Funtastics"!!!!!!!!!! The Lord really Blessed us with a GREAT DAY! This is the start of the friendships to keep. The memories you will never forget. The pictures that go in the SCRAPBOOK!!!!!!! Just wanted to share. I hope you enjoy the card I made for my 8yr. old. I haven't had time to make anything personal for awhile. It felt good!!!!! Of course I used the "Paper Doll Pups". Nicole favorite cart. I think I use it for every Holiday for her. Thanks for stopping by!

SORRY LADIES!!! I'VE BEEN MIA! NICOLE'S HAS BEEN VERY ILL. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T KNOW, SHE HAD H1N1 VIRUS. AND LASTNIGHT WE TOOK A TRIP TO THE URGENT CARE TO FIND OUT ABOUT A LITTLE COUGH SHE HAD GOING ON. COME TO FIND OUT THAT THE H1N1 WAS TURNING INTO PNEMONIA AND TRIGGERING HER ASMA (HER ASMA THAT I DIDN'T KNOW SHE HAD) THE LORD BLESSED MY WITH AN "ASMA SPECIALIST" AND HE EXPLAINED TO ME SOME OF WHAT'S GOING ON.... ASMA IS KIND OF COMPLICATED. BUT I THINK SHE WILL BE ABLE TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL IN A COUPLE OF DAYS! I THOUGHT SENDING HER TO SCHOOL WAS GOING TO BE EASY? What do you think of a cute little Turkey with mini M&M to share????? I used the "Sweet Treats Cups" found in the Holiday Mini. In the inside I made a little hole using the slit punch so you can eat all the candy!!!! When I first saw this set, I thought to myself..."Self, I hate to go through all that work and have somebody rip it up!!!!! :(" but now that you can eat the candy & save the card....Well that's better. I bought the "Mover & Shaper" Die quite awhile ago. I wasn't sure exactly what to do with it. Well how do you like what I finally came up with? A Voitve Cover! What a neat home made decoration idea. I saw this idea while blog surfing, change it around a little bit to fit what supplies I have at hand. I used "Tree Trimmings" stamp set and the "Merry Moments" cordinating DP. I used the "Movers & Shapers" Die to cut the windows out. And I stamped on Vellum in "Real Red & Garden Green". If you would like, to color in a stamp set for a more stained glass effect that looks equally beautiful!!

Okay so I take full credit, No not full credit but I am patting myself on the back for a job well done! Nicole got her Progress Report grades for 1st Quarter.

I am so very proud of her! This school is accelerated in Math & Science. They work 1 1/2 hrs on Math a day. And a lot of sentence structure and book reports....We didn't do in our H.M. Not to mention a BIG adjustment for everyone. I'm still trying to get used to not having a shadow :(. I seem to talk to myself and Sneakers a lot more. He sympathises with me. Lol. Well I went to "The Children's Place" the other day looking for some Church clothes for my child. Some jean skirts, not thinking I would really find anything but BIG surprise { and $150.00 later} they had everything I liked in Nicole's size. This must of been God sent because my card was down to "0" . My daughter got her Fall wardrobe that day. So this is what she looks like at the end of 1st Quarter of 3rd Grade in her new outfit. My Girly Girl, she's growing up so fast.

I know I have lots of deadlines to complete, I need to post this months class. I can't believe it's already Oct. We will be going to the "Pumpkin Patch" as soon as it opens! We {Nicole & myself} love to decorate a pumpkin. Nikki always comes up with GREAT ideas for the pumpkin theme. I guess I'm a little preoccupied.
