I HOPE YOU CAN SEE THIS OKAY. I USED THE MANHATTAN FLOWER EMBOSSING PLATE FROM SIZZIX. I JUST LOVE IT!!!!!! I USED MY BLENDER PEN TO ADD SOME COLOR (KIWI KISS AND BAJA BREEZE) IT GOES NICE WITH "URBAN GARDEN" DP.

IT'S COLD INSIDE!

DID ANYONE ELSE WAKE-UP KNIDA CHILLED THIS MORNING??? NICOLE CAME TO BREAKFAST IN HER HAT AND GLOVES.......CAN YOU IMAGINE IF WE LIVED SOMEWHERE WHERE IT SNOWED?????? I THOUGHT SHE LOOKED CUTE SO I GOT MY CAMERA. AT FIRST SHE DIDN'T WANT HER PICTURE TAKEN BUT THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY TO CHANGE FACES WHEN THE FLASH WENT OFF!!!! AFTER A COUPLE OF TAKES SHE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID "MAMA, YOU BETTER NOT PUT THESE ON YOUR BLOG......" I'M GOING TO DO BETTER THEN THAT...I'M GOING TO MAKE A BOOK WITH MY NEW SCALLOP XL DIE....LOL...

HERE IS ANOTHER CARD I MADE WITH SOME GOODIES FROM EXPO. I USED THE SWEET SLUMBER TEXTURED DP. THIS IS REALLY NICE PAPER.......WE ARE GOING TO USE IT IN AN UP COMING CLASS....BUT I THOUGH IT LOOKED AWESOME ON THIS CARD. I'M REALLY HAVING FUN WITH THE DAISY'S # 2 DIE CUT!!!!!!!!! OH, DID I MENTION I BOUGHT THE SU! SIZZIX FOR MY BIRTHDAY?????? RUBY RED, BAJA BLUE, SO SAFFRON ARE THE MAJOR COLORS FOR THIS CARD.

I TRY NOT TO SPEND TO MUCH $$$$$ AT THE STAMP EXPOS BUT IT SURE IS FUN......WE HAD A GREAT TIME! AND I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED TO HAVE A CONVENTION BUDDY!!!! LAURIE FROM MESA!!!!! SHE GETS TO GO TO CONVENTION,MAYBE SOME DAY I WILL TOO, BUT SHE'LL DUPLICATE THE PROJECTS AND SEND THE TO ME YAY!!!! AND GUESS WHAT ....SHE LOVES PUNCHES TOO!!! MY KINDA GAL.

I'VE ALREADY USED SOME OF MY SUPPLIES I BOUGHT AT THE EXPO. THE TURTLE STAMP IS NICOLE'S BUT SO FUN TO COLOR. I USED THE CRYSTAL EFFECTS TO MAKE THE IMAGES POP.

FUNNY BUNNYS!

I JUST WANTED TO POST THESE CUTE BUNNY'S FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO COULDN'T MAKE THE CLASS SAT. AND FOR THOSE OF WHO WANT TO RECREATE THEM. I USED THE SIZZIX BIG SHOT FOR BOTH THESE PROJECT. BASKETS & BLOOMS, OVAL & CIRCLE PUNCHES. I ALSO USED TEXTURED PAPER-IN COLORS I DON'T THINK IT WOULD LOOK AS CUTE. THE SECOND ONE I USED THE SCALLOP ENVELOPE, SCALLOP OVAL PUNCH, LARGE OVAL PUNCH AND THE SALE-A-BRATION PAPER. THESE ARE REALLY A LOT OF FUN TO MAKE!

I ALMOST PUT THIS IN THE FOR SALE PILE.......BUT MAYBE IT WILL STAY WITH ME FOR A LITTLE BIT LONGER.

Happy St.Patric's Day!

Well here is my take on "St.Patty Day" cards. I'm Irish but I don't drink green green beer so the holiday doesn't mean that much to me......I'm not Catholic either.......but I do like the way the card turned out. I used the "Sale-a-Bration" free-bee "polka dot punches" for the petals & punched them with the coordinating heart punch. I didn't think I needed it but I really like it!!!!!!!! The back ground paper is the new embossing plates. You get 6 patterns for $11.95-GREAT deal!. The sentment is from the "Define your life" set.

It's Stamp Time!!!!!

Wow! It's been soooooo long since I've had a stamp class but now that everyone has recovered from the holidays it's time to stamp. I am going to spotlight a few of our product from the "Occasions Mini Catalog". {http://www.stampinup.com/us/documents/Occasions09_US.pdf}

I will have different stations set up for the different projects. I would like to demonstrate the versa mark/embossing technique that makes coloring easy-peesie. We will use this technique to create 3 Easter Cards. We will make 4 all occasion cards using the new scallop oval punch & coordinating stamp set. One simple scrapbook page and a pick-a-boo pillow box. I will send out an E-vite please respond yes or no. I would like to have enough supplies for everyone who would like to attend. Don't forget to bring the basic supplies: adhesive,scissors, and "Stamp-a-ma-jig" if you like . There will be a class fee.
